MANA DT SMA

This solution combines the IR section described previously and the MW section illustrated further on. It includes a pair of columns, one housing the entire transmission unit (TX microwave and 4 TX beams) and the other the reception unit (RX microwave and 4 active RX infrared beams).

The TX column, though it only has a single output relative to the column tamper, is connected to the bus to constantly provide signals and report any technical anomalies (power supply, temperature, etc.). The alarm output of the microwave is instead connected to the RX column, containing all the alarm outputs relative to the infrared part and the technical signals, on one of the three inputs of the terminal board.
The microwave alarm is brought to the ADEBUS board through a bus. Here it is assigned an alarm relay to be discharged on an input of the separate alarm control unit.

ADVANTAGES
  • It combines the infrared and microwave sections to form a pair of columns – typically the TX and RX components

  • The two sections have separate outputs, therefore the alarm control unit can be managed to guarantee continuous operation of the system in critical environmental and weather conditions

  • Each section has its own alarm outputs, which can be managed as desired based on the necessities (OR or AND)

  • MANA DT SMA can be connected to a RS485 bus and managed from the ADEBUS centralised system

  • New junction box with custom-size cable entry, a space-saving solution that also keeps out dampness and foreign bodies.

  • The microwave alarm is brought to the ADEBUS board through a bus. Here it is associated with an alarm relay to be discharged on an input of the separate alarm control unit
