DISCLOSURE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
[Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679]
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, POLITEC S.R.L. hereby informs that your personal data collected in relation to the existing contractual relationships will be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned regulation; with reference to these processing activities, POLITEC S.R.L. provides the following information:
TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The personal data collected as a result of your free and express consent exclusively refers to:
- identification data (for example: name, surname, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.);
- tax data (if requested pursuant to the law, for example: tax number, VAT registration no., etc.);
PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR
The data controller is POLITEC S.r.l., with head office in Bellusco (Italy), Via Adda 66/68. The data processor is Elisabetta Maggioni, whom the data subject may contact at any time by dialling +39 039 6883019 or writing to the e-mail address info@politecsrl.it in order to exercise the rights stated in this disclosure.
PURPOSES AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data is processed to:
- fulfil legal obligations relating to the contractual relationship;
- manage the organisation of the contractual relationship.
The personal data will be processed in hard copy, by telematic and computerised means, and entered into the pertinent databases, which can be accessed exclusively by the data controller and the operators authorised by the latter. Regarding data processed in electronic form, we underline that we have adopted all the appropriate security measures to safeguard the rights, liberties and legitimate interests of the data subject, as stated in Art. 22, Par. 3, of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679.
DATA RECIPIENTS
In relation to the purposes stated under points 1, 2 and 3 of the previous paragraph, the personal data can be communicated to the following subjects or categories of subjects:
- Recognised auditing firms and/or labour consultants related to the profession of assistance to companies, when the communication is mandatory by law or is in the interest of the data subject (natural or legal person);
- Other recognised firms or professionals related to the profession of assistance to companies, when the communication is mandatory by law, regularly authorised for this form of processing in full conformity to the applicable minimum requirements, or when the communication is in the interest of the data subject (natural or legal person);
- Entities such as INPS, INAIL.
Moreover, the data controller will not transfer the personal data of customers to other non-EU countries or to other non-EU international organisations.
DURATION OF DATA STORAGE
Once the service has been fulfilled or supplied, the personal data will be stored exclusively for filing or statistical purposes, in conformity to the law, European regulations and the code of professional ethics and good conduct signed pursuant to Art. 40 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679, for the duration specified by law (normally 10 years) or, in if the data is not governed by any law, for a period not exceeding five years. After this period, the personal data will be stored in anonymous form, or will be destroyed.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
In relation to the above-mentioned processing activities, the data subject is entitled to request access to the data and its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing concerning him/her or oppose the data processing, besides the right of data portability.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
If the data is processed on a consent basis, the data subject is entitled to withdraw this consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing based on the consent given before the latter was withdrawn.
RIGHT TO FILE A CLAIM
The data subject is entitled to file a claim with the data protection authority.
MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE DATA CONFERRAL
The conferral of data and its processing are mandatory in relation to the management of contractual aspects relative to the fulfilment of tax obligations; consequently, the refusal to provide personal data for these purposes may prevent the controller from fulfilling the relevant professional relationship and obligations of the law.
The conferral of data and its processing are optional in all other cases, without any consequences thereof.
POSSIBLE AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS
This website does not make use of an automated decision-making process, which means that there is no profiling system.
